front entry, kitchen (appliances, cabinets, walls, floors), living room (lights, remotes, ceiling fans, sofa/sofa beds, walls, floors), bedrooms (lights, remotes, ceiling fans, mattresses, pictures, closets, air conditioners, windows), bathrooms (under the sink, shower/tubs, toilets, floors, vents), lanai & laundry areas.  We will email you a written report including pictures and will discuss our findings with you.
